1. Reminder: IMS support resources for authors and editors at http://ims.cochrane.org/support/authors
Remember to direct your authors and editors to the IMS support resources on the new IMS website, where they will find:
- checklists for authors to complete and send to CRGs before submitting their draft protocols, reviews and updates for editorial approval;
- top tips for authors using RevMan 5 and Archie;
- an introductory PowerPoint presentation on Archie for authors and editors;
- the Quickstart guide for authors using Archie.
2. Transferring a protocol or review to another CRG
If you wish to transfer responsibility for a protocol or review to another CRG, please contact your IMS Support person and s/he will arrange for an IMS Developer to make the transfer in Archie. If the protocol or review has been published or is about to be published, it is also important that you notify Michelle Ames at Wiley (mames@wiley.com) as soon as possible about the transfer and, ideally, well in advance of the next quarterly module submission deadline.

3. Improvements to the ticketing system planned for the next Archie deployment
The next Archie deployment is planned for the end of June and will include the following changes to Tickets as a result of feedback from Stage 1 and Stage 2 pilot CRGs:
-
full editing of the standard ticketing email messages and the Subject line that come with Tickets;
-
the capability of attaching more than one file to each ticketing email: a maximum of 3 files from the user's local drive and a maximum of 3 files from the CRG's Files Folder in Archie.
