How CRGs and Satellites can get support from the IMS Support Team
- Contact your regional IMS Support person either by telephone or email.
- Your IMS Support person will aim to respond within one working day.
- If you do not get a reply within one working day, forward your email to general@support.cc-ims.net and another member of the support team will respond to your query.
- IMS support emails are archived and all correspondence is shared within the team.
