RevMan Problem Reporting Form

This form is used for submitting problem reports about RevMan to the development team.

Before reporting a problem, please check that you are using the latest version of RevMan, and check the list of known bugs.

Please note that this form is for reporting potential bugs in the software - not for requesting support for other issues.
