Before downloading, please note:
- Your feedback is essential. Please report any problems you find using "Report a problem" in the Help menu.
- Only registered authors qualify for an Archie account. Downloading the software for testing does not qualify you for an account.
Step 1: Download the installation file
Download the file that matches you operating system:
Step 2: Run the installer
Important: You need to be using an account that has sufficient permission to install software on the computer.
Note for Linux users:
- RevMan's automatic update feature may only work fully if you are installing the software as the root user.
- If you are using GNOME and the installer screen is blank, you must turn of desktop visual effects for the installer and RevMan to display properly. This is a general issue for Java applications.
Step 3: Go through the installation wizard
Step 4: Run RevMan
You can now begin using RevMan.
CD image
To facilitate distribution of RevMan on CD, a CD image has been prepared that contains the installation files for all platforms plus GRADEProfiler and other utility programs and files. The image is in ISO format, and can be written to CD-R media by most recording software.
Download the file here (111 MB).
Note: You need to use software that can write an ISO image to a CD, e.g. Nero or ISO Recorder (free). Simply copying the file to a CD doesn't produce a useful result for the end user.
