1. Reminder: 'views' in Archie

Remember that the default view under Resources for all users in Archie is 'Show Affiliated Entities'. However, users can change this view to 'Show All Entities' or 'Show Primary Entity' - see options under View.

Question: Our TSC has forgotten her password. What should I do?

Answer: As Super Users, RGCs can create a new password for anybody with a record in Archie for which their CRG is the Primary entity. To do this, go to Properties > Settings > Edit User Account. RGCs can then inform the person of (a) the login and password s/he has assigned the person and (b) how they can change the password themselves. At the same time, remember to remind the person to change their password in RevMan too (Edit > Settings > Server).
