1. Update on Phase 2 pilot

The five pilot Groups prepared their May modules using RevMan 4.3 and Archie and submitted them successfully to Update Software through Archie. The pilot Groups have therefore now moved to Phase 2. We are currently inviting a few additional Groups to join the Phase 2 pilot for the next module submission in August 2005.

3. Update on training plans

We are planning the following IMS events during the 13th Colloquium in Melbourne, Australia:

• Introductory workshop for editors and authors
• Advanced workshop for Phase 2 Super Users
• IMS helpdesk
• 'IMS for TSCs' session at the TSC meeting

We will send you more information and update the website (http://www.cc-ims.org/Projects/newIMS/Training/) once the Colloquium organisers have finalised the timing of these events.

4. Archie Help file improvements

More information has been added to the Help file on

• searching for entities and documents; and
• storing generic documents.

Remember you can access the Help file from Archie's help menu.

5. Question of the week

Question: Can you arrange for all Super Users to be sent the IMS Bulletins so I don't have to forward them to our CRG's other Super User?

Answer: Yes. We agreed in an earlier Bulletin to try to arrange this. I have therefore created a Super User email list using the information in Archie. You will see that today's Bulletin has been circulated this way. Please check to ensure that your Super User has received this Bulletin.
